Change for a Dollar

THIS COMING SUNDAY, we’ll share in the Lord’s table, as we do on the final Sunday of every month, and we’ll take up an offering at the end of the service, as we also do each time we share the Lord’s table. This month, we’re highlighting the local homeless shelter, the Hurlburt-Johnson Friendship House.  Now, we’re telling you ahead of time because this month’s change for a dollar recipient needs supplies (in addition to operating funds), and we want to encourage you to bring any of the following items to the church between now and the end of the month:

• Liquid laundry detergent (large jug)
• Laundry powders (64 load size)
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels
• Dish soap (1/2 gallon bottle)
• All-purpose cleaner (gallon jug)
• Windex
• Toilet bowl cleaner
• Trash bags (large and kitchen)
