Mike Crowe
Lead Pastor

Mike serves as our Lead Pastor. Before coming to MountainView, he served in churches in KY, GA, and AL. Mike has a passion for developing everyday disciples who love Jesus more than anything and are equipped to follow him wherever he leads. He also likes reading, movies, music, college football, legos, and Star Wars and considers it a worthy accomplishment that he has been able to instill in his three girls a love for Star Wars. Mike earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from the College at Southeastern, in Wake Forest, NC, and a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, in Louisville, KY. He grew up in North Carolina and is glad to be back.

Justin Daugherty
Pastor of Students & Worship

Justin serves as our Student Pastor. He has served in student ministry for over a decade, either as a youth pastor in Florida and Georgia, or in student camp ministry at Snowbird Outfitters in Andrews, NC where he was director of male interns, a river guide extraordinaire, and paintball aficionado. Justin has had the opportunity to work closely with students and other youth pastors to gain a fresh perspective for relevant student ministry. He is plugged in with the local school system every Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Justin attended Shorter University and studied Art Ed.

Justin and his wife Nellie have four kids, Olivia, Gideon, Jude, and Paige.

Pastor Tim "T" Boharic
Pastor of Family Ministries

T serves as our Family Ministries Pastor. Prior to Mountainview, he served in student ministry for nearly 7 years as the Youth Pastor at Center Pointe Church in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. After having children, T gained a fresh perspective on the importance of establishing Christ-centered family structure at home - which is one of the main reasons he pursued a family pastoral role. T attended Liberty University Online and graduated with a degree in Religion.

Lauren Steadham
Office Administrator

Lauren serves as Office and Financial Administrator. Faithfully serving as a member of MountainView Church for over 11 years, she also volunteers as one of our dedicated Women's Ministry leaders.

She has 3 grandchildren.
